AI Strategy & Adoption in the Enterprise
Challenge
Large organisations rarely lack AI ambition or pilots — they lack a credible path from experimentation to governed, embedded ways of working where AI demonstrably improves decisions and throughput.
Role
Advisory and delivery leadership across several enterprise AI initiatives: shaping strategy, governance and workflow design for AI adoption in global operations and corporate functions.
Approach
Representative work includes framing a GenAI decision-support assistant for supply-chain planners in a global manufacturer — grounded in established planning knowledge, with explicit boundaries between AI augmentation and human judgement; redesigning a group talent-management workflow around AI candidate screening in a multinational employer, reshaping how recruiters and hiring managers surface talent while retaining the human decision at selection; and evaluating cloud AI platforms for predictive use cases in insurance.
Outcome
AI initiatives moved from concept to embedded workflow change with clear governance, defined human-in-the-loop decision points, and adoption anchored in the teams doing the work rather than in isolated pilots.
