About Nordic Management Consulting

Nordic Management Consulting is a boutique management and technology consulting firm based in Copenhagen. We help organisations navigate complex business and technology transformations — from strategy and governance through to execution.

What we believe

Transformation succeeds when three things hold together: a strategy that respects reality, governance that enables decisions rather than documenting them, and leadership that stays with the work until it is delivered. Most of our engagements exist because one of the three has broken down.

We are deliberately independent. We hold no reseller agreements, no delivery-partner incentives and no licensing interests. When we recommend a platform, a vendor or an operating model, the recommendation carries no commission.

How we work

We are senior-led by design. Clients engage us for judgement formed through owning transformation outcomes at enterprise level — not for leverage models or large junior teams. We work hands-on, embedded with client teams, and we measure ourselves on what is delivered and adopted, not on what is presented.

Our experience spans global pharmaceutical manufacturing, financial services, security services and the public sector — including transformation programmes affecting well over a hundred thousand employees, enterprise platform procurements for multinational organisations, post-merger integration of multi-billion-DKK acquisitions, and operational-resilience work inside critical financial infrastructure.

Where we operate

We are based in Copenhagen and work across the Nordics and Europe, on site and remote, in English and Danish.
